We aim to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, specifications, dimensions, materials, available options, and compatibility information. Product colours may look slightly different depending on your device or display settings. This does not affect your rights if a delivered product is materially different from its description or is defective.

3. Pricing and Promotions

The applicable product price, currency, shipping fee, and any tax collected by our store are displayed before payment.

Promotional offers are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Any qualifying purchase amount, expiry date, exclusion, or restriction will be stated where applicable.

Price changes apply only to future orders and do not change the price of an order that has already been accepted.

4. Orders and Payment

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Order acceptance and other purchase-related conditions are governed by our Terms of Purchase and the checkout process.

If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error is identified, or payment cannot be verified, we will contact you with the relevant information. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher amount without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill an order and it is cancelled, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled portion, including applicable shipping charges.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States under the following shipping settings:

The free-shipping threshold is calculated from the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes.

6. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email service@elunexao.com as soon as possible.

Whether a request can be completed depends on the order’s processing and dispatch status. A request is not approved until we confirm the outcome.

If we confirm a cancellation before dispatch, we will not charge a cancellation fee and will issue a full refund, including paid shipping, within 5–10 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by our 180-Day Free Return Guarantee, starting on the delivery date.

For approved eligible returns, we cover return shipping through a prepaid label or another arrangement confirmed by customer support. Return requirements, refund amounts, and treatment of original shipping charges are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. When no return is required, the timeframe begins when the refund is approved.

Nothing in these arrangements limits mandatory consumer rights.

You must not:

• Use false payment information or impersonate another person;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
