These Terms of Purchase govern orders submitted through elunexaoo.com.

Elunexaoo is owned and operated by Lianyungang Nuanmei Technology Co., Ltd. The company is the seller for purchases made through this website.

Please read these Terms of Purchase together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

1. Products and Product Information

Elunexaoo sells consumer electronics, smart devices, technology accessories, and related everyday electronic items.

Before you complete an order, please review the product page carefully. It may include product features, technical specifications, compatibility information, dimensions, materials, available options, setup requirements, charging requirements, care instructions, and other relevant conditions.

Product images are intended to show the advertised product. Minor colour differences caused by device or display settings do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

2. Submitting an Order

To place an order, select the products and available options you want, add them to your cart, and complete checkout.

Before payment, please verify:

• Product names, quantities, and selected options;

• Your email address and contact information;

• The full delivery address;

• Your selected shipping option;

• Any discount, shipping fee, tax, and final order total.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or have the authorization required by applicable law.

3. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After you complete checkout, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.

Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the cancelled part of the order, including applicable shipping charges.

After acceptance, we will not increase the price or replace your product with a materially different item without your agreement.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Promotions

The applicable product price and currency are shown before you make payment.

Promotional offers apply according to their published conditions. Where applicable, the offer terms will state any qualifying purchase amount, expiry date, usage restriction, or other relevant limitation.

If we identify a significant pricing or product-description error before accepting your order, we will explain the issue and allow you to either proceed under the corrected terms or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your approval.

Your bank or payment provider may charge its own currency conversion or transaction fees.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment authorization and collection are handled through the payment method you select.

If payment cannot be completed or verified, we may pause order processing and contact you for clarification. We will request only information reasonably necessary to address the issue.

Do not send complete card numbers, card security codes, or payment passwords to customer support.

If you are uncertain whether a payment was successful, please contact us before placing a duplicate order.

6. Shipping Fees

Current shipping arrangements for orders delivered to the United States are:

The free-shipping threshold is based on the product subtotal after discounts and does not include tax or shipping charges.

Free Shipping applies only to the standard shipping option. Express Shipping remains a paid service even if an order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Please review all delivery charges before submitting payment.

7. Processing and Delivery

Details about order processing, estimated delivery times, tracking, and fulfillment locations are available in our Shipping Policy.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Express Shipping does not automatically mean next-day delivery.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the timeframe shown before purchase, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and obtain any consent required to continue. If you do not agree to the revised arrangement, or if we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

For delayed, missing, or disputed deliveries, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution. A “Delivered” tracking status alone does not automatically result in the rejection of your request.

8. Taxes and Import Charges

Any taxes charged by our store will be shown at checkout.

If an order may require you to pay import duties or customs-related charges separately, this will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.

If you receive an unexpected customs payment request, please contact us so that we can review the shipment.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an address update, product change, or order cancellation, email service@elunexao.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Requests depend on the current processing and dispatch stage of the order. A requested change or cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a response from us.

If we confirm cancellation before dispatch:

• No cancellation fee will apply;

• We will refund the full order amount, including any paid shipping charge;

• The refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

If the order has already been dispatched, the return process described below will apply.

10. 180-Day Free Return Guarantee

Eligible purchases are protected by our 180-Day Free Return Guarantee.

You may request a return within 180 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the product must generally be unused, in original condition, and returned with applicable accessories, cables, manuals, and original packaging.

Any item-specific restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. These restrictions do not remove your rights in relation to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.

For approved eligible returns, we cover return shipping through a prepaid label or another arrangement approved by customer support. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Contact us before returning an item. Our registered address is not the default return address.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or videos are helpful where available.

After reviewing the issue, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.

12. Refunds

For an approved change-of-mind return, we refund the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable refundable taxes.

Original outbound delivery charges, including the US$3.99 Standard Shipping fee or US$6.99 Express Shipping fee, are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

If an order qualified for free standard shipping, we will not deduct a shipping charge from the refund because the return changes the original order value.

For a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, the agreed refund may include applicable original shipping charges. For partial returns, any shipping refund will reflect the affected portion of the order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. If no return is required, this period begins when the refund is approved.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refunded amount. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of an approved monetary refund.

13. Safe and Proper Product Use

Please use products according to the instructions, warnings, care information, and setup guidance supplied with them.

Damage caused by improper use, liquid exposure, incorrect charging, or unauthorized modification may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit any rights you may have regarding a product defect or safety issue.

14. Consumer Rights and Disputes

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase limits legal rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If an issue arises, please contact us first with your order number and relevant details. You may also use available payment-provider dispute procedures, contact relevant authorities, or seek other legal remedies available to you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date and will apply to future orders.

An existing purchase remains subject to the terms in effect when the order was placed, unless you agree to a change or applicable law requires otherwise.
